Are you thinking of moving to Olmsted Falls? This video explores the pros and cons of living in Olmsted Falls, a quaint suburb twenty minutes southwest of downtown Cleveland and comes complete with a covered bridge, restored century homes and unique shops and restaurants along its Grand Pacific Junction. Great schools and a variety of housing options from rural to new developments make this suburb one to consider!
I get lots of calls from people looking to move to Cleveland or to invest in Cleveland real estate and I LOVE it! I am passionate about this town that I was born and raised in. Honestly, call/text me day or night and heck yeah, even on the weekends…I can make your transition to Cleveland easier!

No side walks and the train stop on tracks all the time and that’s why I sold my house and moved to north olmsted
I Wanna Go Back To School There,I Had To Go To Insight Because Of Mr “I Yell At Little Autistic Girls” H,The Kids Here Are Annoying And Loud And I Wanna Go Back So I Can Have Friends And Stuff,But I’m Scared Bc I Have To Wait Until I’m In 6th Grade And Middle School,And Transitioning Back AND Into A New Building Is Gonna Be Too Hard For Me,And I Heard The Principal At Middle School Was Mean To My Big Sister So I’m Super Nervous I’m Gonna Have An Awful Stressful Time When I Go Back
I’m Brian and I like shopping there
Moving to olmsted falls from rocky river and can’t wait. Sons first birthday party was at grand pacific junction old hotel, was awesome
Pros –
⦁ easy access to Cleveland Metro Parks
⦁ Light traffic
⦁ Close to Great Northern Mall
⦁ One of the few places left where you really get to know you neighbors
Cons
⦁ Brutal winters
⦁ What Lake Erie Givith, it Taketh Away – wind comes across the Lake and with the lake and land temperature normally contrasting, a significant gray cloudy sky is nearly daily occurrence. Clear sunny days are a rarity.
⦁ Tough springs: high temperatures can swing 60 to 70 degrees per week. When this happens, the flu runs around pummels everyone.
⦁ Two season per year……winter and construction. Roads are bad and are always under repair. The nearly extinct Orange Barrell plant has made a strong resurgence in northern Ohio.
⦁ Bad school system, both for students AND teachers. DO NOT APPLY FOR A TEACHING JOB there……..I both attended K-12 and taught for a few years at the Middle School. Bullying and staff in-flighting were rampant. I was so miserable.
